Red velvet cake

It is one of the most favorite flavor cake in every birthday parties. Here are some ingredients and procedures to follow. In order to bake this kind of cake, we need to have buttermilk, vinegar, vanilla extract, unsalted butter. We also need caster sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, raw beetroots and eggs. Likewise, for the icing we need to have an icing sugar, vanilla extract, full-fat cream cheese, and unsalted butter.

Furthermore, here are some procedures to be follow. First, preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease and flour two 9 inch round cake pans. Second, blend the vinegar, buttermilk, vanilla and grated beetroot in a pulpy puree. Add evenly the sugar, butter, cocoa, flour,eggs and baking powder and mix well. Bake for 60 – 1 hour in the  preheated oven. And for the icing, beat the butter, vanilla and icing sugar in a huge bowl until totally smooth.
