Returns and Refund
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
When appropriate, we will replace your order or refund your money, depending on the circumstance.
As our products are perishable products, please make sure to be at your home or workplace upon delivery because if the delivery is missed or left at your location, you will still be responsible for the charges and no refund will be issued.
If our products arrive damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement.
To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives to its destination.
It must be in its original unconsumed condition and in it’s original packing. We will not be accepting back opened items. And we do not accept returns after 24 hours return period.
Pableo’s Place will not be responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipment being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Note: Please do not forget to include the receipt so that there will be no delays in refund or replacement. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
